The New Normal
The safety of our stylists, clients, families, and community continues to be our top priority and we know this does not feel normal but we want to be abundantly cautious. We will be implementing some new policies and procedures that we will be very strict about so we can operate safely. We ask for your patience as we are all acclimating to the new way of doing things. We know it will not feel the same as before but it is for the safety of everyone involved.
▪️We are working diligently to reschedule everyone as fairly as possible. Please be patient with us while we navigate through this new normal.
In an effort to adhere to the stringent social distancing rules set in place and the nature of our small salon space we will be only allowing one client per stylist into the salon at a time. At this time, we will no longer be able to accommodate 2 clients per one stylists as we used to do in the past. Each client will have a set scheduled appointment with their stylist/ barber
▪️All team members and Guests MUST WEAR MASKS. No Exceptions. The mask must be one that goes over the ears so you can wear it throughout the entire service. If you do not have the appropriate mask, we will have some available to purchase. 
▪️When you arrive to Moda Hair Salon and park please call the front desk at 732-249-3636. Or text 732-616-1657 to alert us that you are here…Please wait in your car and we will call/text you when you can come into the salon for your service. Due to the state requirements of one customer per stylist we cannot have additional customers in the salon waiting for services.
▪️Please come to your appointment alone. No additional guests or children are allowed with you during your appointment as we cannot offer a waiting room.
▪️When you arrive we will be performing a temperature check with a no contact thermometer. Anyone with a temperature over 100 degrees will not be allowed to receive a service at that time
▪️We will greet you verbally – no hugs or handshakes.
▪️We will also have you sign a waiver upon check in which will be required to receive a service.
▪️Clients will be required to wash and sanitize their hands upon check-in.
▪️We will not be offering beverages at this time.
▪️Clients will receive a clean sanitized cape at the start of each appointment
 ▪️Our stations will be spaced 6 feet apart and we have limited stylists working in salon at a time to maintain required social distance between guests. Also please know all stations, chairs, tools, combs and brushes will be sanitized between each client.
▪️Retail products will be on the shelf, but please let your stylist know what you are in need of and he or she will pull it for you, of course they will make recommendations for you .
This is to keep minimal contact and to keep products clean.
Please know how very important providing excellent service is to us. These new measures we are taking our temporary until we can get back to the high standards that you have come to expect from us.
We sincerely appreciate your support. This situation has certainly brought on some challenges, but we are determined to rise to the occasion with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism. As these circumstances are ever changing, they will require our constant attention and reevaluation. We ask that you please be patient with us as we make the necessary adjustments.
